Nonconathon 2019: Dear Author Letter
Hello, mystery creator!
Thank you so much for writing for me this nonconathon; as you may have already guessed, I was very excited about the changes to the rules regarding original work. With fanfic, I can be quite particular about what characters I'll put into which very specific types of noncon scenarios. With original fiction, on the other hand, I am very, very flexible. The original fiction "pairings" tend to be prompts unto themselves so if you have an idea you're excited to write for a ship we matched on, I welcome most anything you want to throw at me!
General Information
For other exchanges, I tend to have more "do not want"s but for nonconathon, the primary thing I want to ask for is just that you lean into the gross-dirty-nasty-wrong as much as you feel comfortable doing. I don't want happy endings, I don't want victims turning the tables on their attackers, I don't want victims triumphantly getting their revenge after the fact or being successfully comforted and healed by their loved ones. What I want most is to see characters put into difficult, emotionally trying situations and then failing to navigate their way through them without being hurt and taken advantage of.
In terms of general likes which apply fairly broadly across a lot of my requested pairings, I especially love age gaps, abuse of authority, characters being overwhelmed or overstimulated, and weird-freaky-monstrous body horror. I prefer noncon with a mental component; I love manipulation, coercion, blackmail, or just generally any situation where the victim feels for some reason that they cannot say "no" or otherwise escape the situation. I am much less interested in scenarios that hinge on the victim being physically overpowered and manhandled. The caveat being, things like the threat of force or a person's size and abilities being used for intimidation ARE things I love, because there is a mental component. I'm not opposed to roughness, I am opposed to roughness being the ONLY thing going on.
Basically: I like really thinky porn, stuff with mindgames and gaslighting and manipulation. If there is an element of those things, I'll be interested in just about anything else you choose to throw on top.
In terms of other things I'd prefer to avoid, I am very not interested in scenarios where the rape takes place because of something intrinsic to the person's identity. This means things like "gold star lesbian raped to turn her straight" or "black individual singled out because he is black" or "disabled person taken advantage of through their disability." It does not, however, include gender, age, or anything subject to change, I.E. the rapist going after a woman because she is a woman is fine, the rapist going after someone underage specifically because they are underage is fine, and someone being taken advantage of because they are poor, or in a specific line of work, or for religious reasons, are all fine.
Hopefully this makes sense! I do feel that my fairly limited dislikes come down to hair-splitting, but the best summary I've got is: no happy endings, no rescue, no racism, homophobia, or ableism, no permadeath, no scat, no first or second person POV, and no straightforward brute force. If you can avoid these things, feel free to go in whatever other dirty-nasty-wrong directions your heart takes you! I welcome either victim or rapist POV equally.
Regarding gender in ship tags, I would generally prefer if the characters you write identify as the genders listed in the tags. However, I am happy to read about trans or nonbinary or genderless characters if you choose to write one, especially for any ship tag with a non-human character or where the gender of a character is ambiguous or not stated. My requests span just about every gender and genital combination you can come up with so honestly, if you want to play fast and loose with what parts characters have, I am totally down for it.

Alien Spaceship noncons Female Space Explorer :: The thing I would love to see most is a version where the alien spaceship is biological, rather than purely being a machine. What if it can shapeshift, creating new limbs and equipment as necessary to pursue its objectives? I like the idea that the assault takes place because of whatever orders or directives the ship has been charged with; it isn't malicious, might not even be considered a thinking entity in a way the space explorer is used to, it's really just behaving based on programming or directives it didn't exactly have any say in to begin with. Nevertheless, it is going to see that those directives are adhered to as thoroughly and completely as it is capable of executing.
Breeding Alien Water Creatures noncon Teen Girl on Holiday :: I'm definitely imagining this myself as a "wrong place, wrong time" situation. The water creatures aren't malicious and might be influenced by biological imperatives or mating heat; they can't help but include the girl in their breeding when she stumbles into the middle of it. I would love if they take turns with her one after the other after the other, and if oviposition is up your alley, I would love for them to use her as an incubator and stuff her uncomfortably-full with their eggs. Beyond that, I'm equally open to them generally being gentle or being rough and overwhelming without realizing that what is normal for them is painful for a human. I love xeno and will be delighted with any Weird Biology you may choose to include; I would prefer the creatures resemble any kind of monster more than they resemble humans. Whether they release her immediately after the copulation fest ends, or hold onto her for a while (until the young are produced?) is up to you.
Sex Pollen Alien Plants noncon Lost Human Teenage Boy on Field Trip & Sex Pollen Alien Plants noncon Lost Human Teenage Girl on Field Trip & Wild Tentacle Plant Looking to Plant Its Seeds noncons Unwary Hikers :: For all of these ships, I would love to see sex pollen, vine tentacles, egg-or-seed laying, and heat states. Plants introduce a lot of good possibilities for aphrodisiacs, paralytics, or other organic drugs; I love the idea of the plants making the victims hallucinate to make them easier to manipulate and control, or partially paralyzing them, or mind controlling them. I want to see the techniques a stationary predator would have developed to incapacitate and have its way with nimble, fast-moving prey. I also love the thought of the plant keeping its prey restrained for an extended period of time and repeatedly making use of them, or keeping them until the seeds germinate. I love plant-based body horror so the idea of plants growing inside and out of people is delightful to me; I would love to see how plant reproduction with a human host might work!
Forest Deity & Plants noncon Man Trespassing in His Woods :: I would love for this to include much of the same plant-related content as the above ships, albeit with less of (or no) focus on breeding. I feel either a "you were trespassing and this has angered me and now I am punishing you" angle or a "you have entered my woods so clearly you are an offering to me and I will use you however I see fit" angle would work well for this. I would prefer if the plants are like an extension of the deity; he can control them and how they act on the trespasser is according to his will, but he is controlling them like a human controls their arm moreso than he is forcing them to act. I would also love if the deity has the ability to shapeshift and/or choose what physical form he manifests in, bonus points if he uses this to make the assault more intense or frightening. I am entirely down with him taking one or more animal forms in order to further degrade the trespasser and to make use of the girth of their bestial equipment. Whether the deity lets the trespasser go when he's done, or perhaps decides he's become fond of him and would like to keep him for further use, is up to you.

Or is she undercover, and the crime lord's daughter has discovered her identity? Is the daughter doing this out of loyalty to her family, or perhaps she feels personally wronged? Perhaps she only uses "being wronged" as an excuse to justify wanting to assault the detective from the start. I would love to see blackmail, the detective underestimating the daughter only to be thrown into a rude awakening, and the daughter forcing the detective to do increasingly degrading and/or criminal things as she gains more leverage.
- Black Widow Stepmother noncons Recently Deceased Husband's Daughter :: I would love a version where the stepmother was interested in the daughter all along, and only married her father to get access to her. Other potentially fun inclusions: using her father's death against her, mental conditioning/deliberately inducing stockholm, sexual instruction/training, and/or coercing the daughter into taking the husband's place and behaving as her wife. I welcome other ulterior motives as well, if that is of interest!
- Empress noncons Her Son's Political Wife :: I will adore you forever if you care to detail the court politics at work behind and around the marriage. Does the empress do this behind her son's back? Or does she pull rank on him and demand access to his wife, making sure he has full knowledge of what transpires? Does the son genuinely care for this woman even if it might have been a political arrangement, or was the marriage purely a calculated move and he's willing to let her be raped if the outcome benefits him? I will love anything that digs into the balance of power between these characters, and will equally love an empress who is cruel for petty reasons and her own entertainment, or one who is calculating and focused on more practical goals. Very down for the wife being treated entirely as a pawn and an object.
- Head Bitch In Charge at Boarding School noncons New Roommate She Blackmails into Sex :: I would love a "the roommate would have been willing if she'd been asked" angle for this, though I'm equally open to the roommate being entirely unwilling. Bonus points for degradation and the HBIC getting off on having power over this other girl, as well as enjoying having constant access to her where she sleeps.
- Headmistress of Boarding School noncons Poor Scholarship Student :: I would love to see the student's scholarship used against her to force her to comply. Threats of failing her in classes or having the scholarship revoked are great, corporal punishment and discipline are great, humiliation is great, objectification and treating her as less than a person is great. Follow your heart!
- Overinvolved Cheer Mom noncons Freshman Cheerleader :: I would love an angle where the cheer mom sees this freshman as a threat to her daughter and views raping this girl as a necessary act to protect her daughter's rightful place. I am also super down for incest overtones and mom using the freshman as a surrogate because she's lusting after her own daughter and won't let herself act on it but with this girl? This girl she can have. Or maybe it's some kind of initiation rite, you only deserve to be on the team if you can withstand what this woman does to you. Gaslighting, making the victim believe it was her idea, she deserves this, she asked for this, crying, and begging are all wonderful.
- Social climber noncons slave offered to her by a superior :: I would love a scenario where rape is literally the way to get ahead in the social climber's company. It's like being given a big and important project: she has an opportunity to prove herself to her bosses by showing them just how ruthless and creative she can be in using the slave they've provided to her. Forced exhibitionism is great, degradation is great, attempting to mindbreak and condition the victim to prove her talent is extra great.
